透明质酸酶 性状：白色无定形粉末或颗粒，易溶于水，不溶于丙酮、乙醇和乙醚。最适pH值4.0～7.5。液态常温可稳定24h，5℃以下可稳定一周，100℃加热30min失活
 用途：生化研究。一种能水解透明质酸的酶，催化透明质酸等酸性黏多糖水解，产生以丁糖为主的偶寡糖，使透明质酸的黏滞性明显下降，从而降低组织黏度。
